Gifted Minds Academy is a 6-week, small-group online preschool experience designed to keep young learners engaged, confident, and growing throughout the summer months.

This program is intentionally structured to support both neurotypical and neurodiverse learners through developmentally appropriate, play-based instruction led by an experienced preschool and special education teacher.

What This Program Includes

6 weeks of live, interactive online instruction
Small pod groups of 3–5 children to ensure personalized attention
2–3 live sessions per week, each lasting 30–45 minutes
Predictable routines with songs, movement, visuals, and hands-on activities
Sensory-friendly lessons with built-in movement and regulation breaks
Optional 1:1 intervention or support add-ons (available separately)

What Your Child Will Learn

Throughout the 6 weeks, children will build foundational skills in:

Early Literacy: letter recognition, sounds, vocabulary, storytelling, and listening skills
Early Math: counting, number sense, shapes, colors, patterns, and problem-solving
Social-Emotional Learning: turn-taking, communication, emotional awareness, and confidence
Fine Motor & Pre-Writing Skills: hand strength, tracing, drawing, and creative expression
Kindergarten Readiness: following routines, transitions, focus, and classroom behaviors

All instruction is play-based, engaging, and age-appropriate, meeting children exactly where they are developmentally.

How the Pods Work

Each pod follows a consistent structure so children feel safe and successful:

Welcome song & visual schedule
Targeted learning activities (literacy, math, or SEL focus)
Movement or sensory break
Interactive game or guided practice
Closing routine to reinforce learning
